About the project:
Mediqulia is a startup from Romania that aims to help patients find a suitable physician based on their symptoms and personal data. Due to the poor medical system in Romania, patients tend to search online for a solution, trying to self-diagnose and self-medicate, "which is a dangerous trend", physicians say. Based on a machine learning algorithm, Mediqualia wants to reduce the percentage of patients doing that. I was tasked to research and (in)validate the problem/solution it, the value proposition and the business model. Following a period of approximately 2 months of market and user-research, I had to deliver an interactive prototype for an alpha MVP. The duration of the whole process was approximately 5 - 6 months.
